We “Resonance International Inc" pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the leading vocational and employability Skill training & Manufacturing company. Our mission is to train people in Manufacturing, Handicrafts, Agriculture, Apparel, Services, Engineering, Tourism and Construction sectors. We are committed to delivering Skills Programs for Inclusive Growth (SPRING) for youth, trainers, and working professionals for career growth. Our training Institute of Skills (TIS) aim to make trainees industry ready, providing those Sector Skills Councils (SSC) certification and assured placement linkages through a robust network of employers.
The setting up of “Resonance International Inc." was triggered by the increasing demand of trained manpower for the jobs created in various sectors as a result of our Cluster Development Initiative.
Our model is based on the addressing the needs of the Industry and is therefore focused on making youth work ready. We also work extensively with other key stakeholders Government (Central and State), Private Companies (funder and employers), Foundations, International Bodies, Trainees and Parents - creating a vibrant mix of sponsored and self paid programs with a singular objective of matching youth to jobs or self-employment opportunities.
Social Impact
Millions of Indians still live Below the Poverty Line (BPL) and face a number of issues related to health, education and employment on a daily basis. Providing meaningful employment and livelihood opportunities to youth is an absolute necessity to achieve inclusive and sustainable growth given the favourable demographics. Resonance International Inc., has been a front runner in providing skills and livelihood training to people from different social groups. Our programmes have yielded impact through improvement in income and standard of living, not only for the individuals but their families and communities.
Working in Difficult Geographies
Our strong commitment towards taking skills and livelihood opportunities to every corner of India has helped us set up touch points in some of the most difficult geographies, LWE affected districts, remote areas and backward regions. Our aim is to launch skills programs in all the remote and rural geographies.
Highlights
- In 2015-16, We Enrolled 1140 Trainees, under PMKVY Scheme, particularly from Tribal, OBC, Minority and SC/ST Community in the rural areas of Moradabad(U.P.)
- In 2016-17, we had trained 130 candidates out of 150 in the scheme of NSFDC in Uttarakhand.
- In 2017-18, we had trained 199 candidates out of 200 in the scheme of NSFDC in Rajasthan.
- In 2018-19, we had trained 680 candidates out of 700 in the scheme of NSFDC & NBCFDC in Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Odisha.
- In 2019-20, we have given 180 candidates in the scheme of NSKFDC
- In 2019-20, We have given 22000 trainees (RPL) in the Scheme of Type 1 from NSDC.
